Residential Sealcoating

Our sealcoating  will extend the life of any asphalt pavement, as well as restore the surface to look like new.  Sealcoating is a maintenance technique designed to maximize the life of your driveway.  We use an asphalt emulsion sealer, a high-performance environmentally friendlier alternative to refined tar sealers. It is durable, stable, stain-resistant, and tougher than other products.   Our sealcoat is applied by hand with a stiff bristle brush.  

With every job- the driveways are edged, all debris is removed from the asphalt surface, if necessary concrete and siding are taped off, and we also install stakes and ribbon to prevent traffic during dry time at the end of application.
